This article is for Personal users who gets error: "This deployment package is invalid. Please consult your adminstrator."
For user who has expired trial / subscription of Splashtop Business products (Business Access/ Remote Support/ SOS+) and is currently subscribing to Splashtop Personal, please note that since Personal and Business Access are two different products, two streamers are not compatible.
Please follow the steps below to install the correct Streamer:
1. Uninstall your current Streamer:
Mac
Open the Splashtop Streamer dmg that you downloaded to install from: https://www.splashtop.com/downloadstart?platform=mac
There is an uninstall script in the dmg.
Windows
Run the cleanup script: CleanUpInstallerSRS_v1.0.1.0.zip
2. Download the compatible Streamer from the links below:

For Mac: https://www.splashtop.com/downloadstart?platform=mac
Please make sure the Streamer looks like the picture below:
