Empty Computer List

For ongoing/existing users experiencing an empty computer list, the issue should be resolved by the following workarounds:

  1. Shut down team if you previously owned a Splashtop Business team.
    ( Log into https://my.splashtop.com/account_info/#team_tab> Click on "shut down this team" hyperlink near the bottom of the page.)

  2. Leave team if your account is associated with another Splashtop Business team as a member/admin.
    ( Log into https://my.splashtop.com/account_info/#team_tab> Click on "remove myself" hyperlink near the bottom of the page.)
  3. Restart Streamer.
