Cannot connect consistently, Have rebooted, works, unable to connect again after Sev days

I am having the same problem from a iPad. It will connect and work fine and then I can disconnect and 10 minutes later it will not connect. Keeps throwing me back to my App screen. If I continue to open the app for 10 or so tries, it sometimes will connect.
