Remote computer display from a Lenovo desktop only uses part of my iPad Pro 12.9 screen

I went to enlarge the remote window so that it utilizes the whole iPad Pro 12.9 screen.  Do I need to change the display parameters of the desk top, if so what would I do exactly?
