Adding my Mac Air in Splashtop

I have added Splashtop to my MacAir and signed in. It shows my other two PC's but not the Mac Air nor the iPad I have? 

Does Splashtop allow OS products to be included in the Splashtop community?

    Hi Linda,

    by "adding Splashtop" do you mean that you've installed the Splashtop Streamer on your Mac, or the Personal App? Only if you've installed the Splashtop Streamer, your Mac will appear in your computer list.

    If after the installation of the Streamer your Mac does still not show up in your computer list, please submit support ticket for further assistance on that matter, thank you!
