I have 2 remote tools on my desktop. one is ConnectWise and one is Splashtop personal.
For some reason after moving to another office, I am noticing that Splashtop takes about 3 times as long to connect to my computer remotely than it did before. Sometimes it doesn't connect at all and tells me to check the connection. If it does connect, it takes about 15 seconds to get to my desktop login screen. Then after Logging in, it looks like the screen is frozen for about 20 seconds before showing the desktop.
ConnectWise is not having any of this lag.
So is there some type of diagnostic tool I can run to determine if maybe there's something with this network and a slow connection to Splashtop?
