    Can you check the sound settings in the Splashtop Streamer of the computer you're remoting to?
    Under the Advanced tab, there are options for outputting the sound on your local end or the streamer computer's end.

    Please select "Output sound over the remote connection only" or "Output sound both over the remote connection and on this PC."

    Also, please make sure that the sound on the remote computer itself is unmuted.
