    Dear users,

Please try to change the screen capturing option to Hardware and see if you're still experiencing the same problem.
Go on Remote computer > Splashtop streamer > Advance > Screen capturing option > Hardware

If what you are experiencing is referring to a different case, we invite you to submit a support ticket using this form so we can better understand your case:

I have the same exact issue and have yet to find a resolution to that issue.

I'm here for this too! I miss having access to my whole desktop. Splashtop, please look into this!

Same issue as OP, I have also tried reinstalling it, which did not fix the problem, it seems to be a bug in the software and it's the latest build so t may need an update.

Same problem for several months now. Today's "major" update didn't help. Can't believe this has been broken to the point of unusability for "Windows 10 two monitors" (not exactly a rare use case) for this long and a major rewrite didn't even try to fix it.

Have we heard any news about this? This is a really annoying issue and making using the app impossible. Why am I paying for something that is unusable?

Yeah I contacted Support about this and apparently, what fixed it for me was to go into the Splashtop Streamer Settings, Click Advanced and change the Screen capture Options to "Hardware".

@David Fattore: THANK YOU. tested this on a couple of my PC's and it appears to be my answer too! MONTHS without this feature has been a huge annoyance. much appreciated!

Likewise! Worked like a charm! Why did it take so long to find this? Mine had been on NVIDIA; I wonder if everyone who has this problem was too, and perhaps NVIDIA broke that with a graphics driver update some months ago?

I just starting having this same problem about 3 days ago - remote monitor windows would not switch.  I changed the screen capture options as described above and all is good.  Thanks David Fattore

Oh....NVIDIA graphics cards on remote, also...
