I've upgraded from Splashtop Remote Desktop to Splashtop 2. Why can't I see my computer on the iPad?

First, please make sure you have logged in to your Splashtop Account in the Splashtop Streamer (the latest version) on the computer running the Streamer, and on the Splashtop 2 client app (now known as Splashtop Personal).

Only the Splashtop Streamer(s) which have the same Splashtop Account login will be shown in the Splashtop Personal (Splashtop 2) client app.
