I want to subscribe to Anywhere Access Pack or Productivity Pack. How do I do this?

    We are aware on some particular platform, like Galaxy Tab 2, due to its resolution, the purchase button is invisible, however, for Nexus 7, it should be OK, maybe due to your customized font setting, please temporarily set it to "Normal" in "Settings">"Display">"Font Size". thanks."

    I also have a Nexus 7, it is not OK. The buy button is missing, not cut off due to resolution or font size.   You cannot purchase the AAP on the Nexus 7 as of 9/13/12.

    v2.0.0.18 with "Normal" font size on Nexus 7 should be able to see the Buy button, can't you?

    Could you share us a screenshot on that page?

    Well, what finally worked for me on my Nexus 7 is to try connecting from outside my home wifi (ie, at work) - then the option to buy came up.  I'm pretty happy with it so far - of course still room to improve some things but it's doing what I needed.  Thanks.

    Thank you very much. This has worked for me too. If you are on the same LAN as the splashtop streamer the buy button doesn't appear. Logging out of the streamer on your computer makes a prompt come up to purchase the anywhere access pack on your tablet.

    The problem is resolved. The buttons is not there unless the streamer and tablet are on different networks.

    I still can't see the button on my Lenovo Thinkpad Tablet. It's also 1280x800 resolution like the Nexus7 and I tried different fontsizes and I tried logging on to my PC from a different location but that didn't work either.

    Also when I tried to log in to the support page it said I have no account, but I can log in on the streamer and the app.

    @TheLabs ,

    In additon to resolution issue, the Buy button won't be available until your tablet and computer are on different networks. We'll change the behavior to be same as ipad's, always show Buy button no matter they are in the same network or not.

    The Splashtop account(login in app) and Support account(request support) are different, sorry for this inconvenience.

    like I said, I tried from a different location (with a different network) but usually the button wouldn't show and when I tried to connect to my PC it would try for a second and then tell me that it can't.

    Yesterday for some reason a popup menu came up which described the access anywhere pack with two buttons on the bottom with screwed up writing. It turns out one of them is the buy option for a month, the other for a year. So it finally showed the direct circumstances are unknown though as I did nothing that I hadn't already tried before. So it worked for me for the time being but that doesn't mean the problem is solved.

    Thanks for correction.

    Behavior on Android is different from iPad's, I've updated the description for Android in above article. (step #5 : NOTES)

    So, current known issues are:

    1. small resolution (like 1024x600 or less) will cause the Buttons in Purchase page cut off

    2. Purchase buttons only shown when tablet and computer are in different networks.

    Our next update will improve these two issues.

    I have a Transformer Prime T700 and I don't see the buy button.  I'm on my home network and am accessing my computer at work, so I am on different LAN's.  I even set the font size to small but no luck.

    Also, why can I usually log in to my work computer but once in a while, I get a cannot connect error?  It's erratic.

    There're two possible reasons may cuase AAP purchase fail.

    1. the ipad has been JBed.

    2. the Apple ID is not valid for IAP purchase with unknown reason, in this case, please conact Apple for more clarifications.

    Is it possible to buy a lifetime access anywhere account? I would gladly pay for it but I hate subscriptions and will never buy the anywhere pack if its not available as lifetime. If you were able to give away hundreds of them to ipad users, you should be able to let us android users atleast pay for it?

    Hi! I'd really like to buy the AAP. I'm at work right now, and have the streamer running on my desktop at home. I know that it is on, but I'm not getting the "buy" pop up. It seems like your company is making it pretty difficult to buy this thing. just make it simpler please. Its a cool concept to have a pop up, but it is a pain.

    Sorry, AAP is only available by subscription.

    If you are using Android client device, you need to connect your device to a different network from your computer, then a 'satellite' icon will be appeared on the computer name, click it can show the BUY page.

    We are improving this to be more intuitive.

    Hi! Great app. Whilst I use my tablet away from home, does your app protect the rest of the device, or just itself when on public wifi hotspot? Don't want to buy Access Anywhere pack unless the Whole tablet is secure. Please advise, thank you.

    When you connect your device to your computer anywhere via any connection ways(wifi, 3g/4g), there will be a SSL tunnel dynamically built up with AES-256 encryption, the security level is same as most of current on-line shopping.

    I created a splashtop account same as the apple id account, I did allow the in-app purchases, i press the blue buy tab, choose 1 month pack and then confirm my In App purchase by pressing buy, then a message shows up saying " Cannot connect to iTunes Store "

    Please help

    When you get the error message " Cannot connect to iTunes Store ", have you confirmed the Internet is still available on your tablet/phone?

    Have your ipad(?) been JB?

    Could you try logout/re-login your Apple ID to see if there's any difference? Looks like caused by Apple.

    i want to buy AAP for my Samsung Galaxy Note II in Vietnam.. but everytime i get errors with a payments.. happily refunds have no problem.. what is the reason of this trouble? is there any other way to buy AAP?

    The issue may be due to Google Checkout prohibited in your region, you can refer to the first section of this page to purchase the Anywhere Access through our website instead.
